Copyright and DMCA

Vauiw respects intellectual property rights. Game titles, images, trademarks, and playable files remain the property of their respective owners and publishers. Vauiw provides discovery, organization, summaries, and navigation for browser games.

Because some games are provided through third-party players or hosts, a report may involve a title, thumbnail, embedded game file, description, or external source. We review the specific material identified in a notice and take reasonable action on Vauiw pages where appropriate.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available through Vauiw infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to bw6571713@gmail.com.

Please include all of the following so we can review your request efficiently:

1. Your full name and a way to contact you.

2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

3. The exact Vauiw URL where the material appears.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Review Process

After receiving a complete notice, we will review the identified material and may remove, disable, or update access to the material where appropriate. We may also contact the reporting party for clarification if the notice is incomplete or unclear.

Possible actions include correcting a description, changing a thumbnail reference, removing a listing from category pages, disabling access to a third-party player link, or documenting why a request does not identify material hosted or indexed by Vauiw.

Counter Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same email address. Your counter notice should identify the removed material, explain why you believe removal was a mistake, provide your contact information, and include a statement that you consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction for the dispute.

Repeat Infringement

Vauiw may remove listings, disable access, or refuse future submissions involving repeat infringement or clearly unlawful material. We also reserve the right to remove content that appears misleading, unsafe, or unsuitable for a broad audience.
